In 2017, theMassa Marittima Archeological museum  selected two of the most

important pieces of its collection: the stele of Vado all’Arancio and Eracle Callinico found at Poggio Castiglione.
In partnership with the CIRCE Photogrammetry Lab (IUAV Venice University) Tooteko provided the scanning and the 3D printing of the two relics.

In 2018, the Massa Marittima Museum decided to equip the accessible exhibition with two additional tactile panels. The first tactile station represents the “head of Vado all’Arancio”: a stone on which has been engraved the silhouette of a bearded man, with a hat.

The second station represents the “Grosso Massetano”, a coin minted in the city of Massa Marittima between 1317 and 1318. The coin depicts on the one hand the patron saint of Massa Marittima, San Cerbone, and on the other a cross symbol of the city.

These two panels have been produced thanks to the collaboration with the French company Tactile Studio.
